Preservation of the environment is also paramount, and any installations that involve work with or around trees will have the health of the tree at heart.
The building will be created around the existing tree, the tree itself will not be trimmed or cut back.
Finding a suitable tree to solely support a treehouse is actually fairly difficult, and many installations have the treehouse partially or fully supported on rustic poles or vertical beams.
This business has arisen from the humble beginnings of a log cabin built for my 2 year old son William.
After being in the construction industry for over 20 years, this venture is the product of a vivid imagination and a love of carpentry and woodwork.
You can rest assured that the project will be designed, managed and built by me from start to completion.
Just a trip down my garden took you under the pergola, past the trading post log cabin, across the timber bridge and past the waterfall.
Through the archways, to the timber summerhouse office.
Behind which stood three timber workshops!
Coupled with skills in many other materials, this company has arisen from the demand for high quality, bespoke projects and the enjoyment of creating something hand crafted and individual.
Each project or installation will always be different to the last.
Usually anything is possible . . . It just takes thought!

This takes the load and strain off of the tree itself, and usually adds an exciting angle to the build.
Further planting of a few small trees to blend the house into the garden may be one way of softening the impact.
Fixings to the actual tree are also kept to an absolute minimum.
