Plans will be supplied where necessary and will enable the client to see exactly what is proposed.

During an initial site visit, digital photographs of the intended site can be taken.
This then enables the proposed plans to be superimposed over the photo.

Drawings with all dimensions and details will then be provided, along with a second consultation to ensure you are getting exactly what you desire.

This package will also include the estimate for costs involved in the construction.
If you have requested several possibilities or optional extras, these will be separately itemised and priced.
You may also have requested different finishes or materials.

You may, depending on the size of the intended structure, require planning permission.

We can investigate whether permission is required, and assist in obtaining the required consents.

If you are having electrical or plumbing installations in your build, then we can provide separate overlay plans to enable you to use your own contractors, should you wish to do so.
